Summary: The hotel was generally not clean, there was a parking problem, the items were old, there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, it was not the price I paid, I found the business weak.

Summary: The parking lot was limited to only a few cars so the hotel’s personnel parks your car elsewhere if the 3 spots in front of the hotel are taken. The bathroom was leaking water to outside. The location of the hotel is quite central and the room is overall fine. The staff was okay.

Summary: I'm extremely happy with my stay at Warwick. The location is superb, at the heart of Ankara. The hotel is close to other top hotels. The room was in excellent condition. The design is elegant, furniture is new and cleanliness is at top level. The executive room has a study corner which is really pleasant with a beautiful view. Room service lady, Ms. Çiğdem was very kind and hospitable. All hotel staff are very pleasant to interact with. It's very clear that the guest's well being is a genuine priority. The reception staff was helpful in extending my stay for a day - even as I had received an upgrade at check-in. At every step, you feel like a guest rather than a customer. Although it's not my habit, I asked for food from room service. One of the best salads and tomato soup I ever had arrived. I wish I ordered this on the first day, as I'd probably eat each meal at the hotel for four days. The prices are surprisingly reasonable as well. On my next visit to Ankara, Warwick will be my absolute first choice.
